Shipping & Returns

Shipping methods:

Jenny will normally ship with UPS Ground and sometimes Jenny will use Priority Mail. 

The shipping charges are currently on special (free shipping)  Once your payment has been approved, your product and/or products will be shipped within two to seven days. Some of the products may take a few more days, so please be patient!

Please read all the policies below.

Return policy: 

JennyDressWell.com does NOT accept:

Any warn, washed, soiled, and/or damaged goods.
• Promotional items, sale items, and/or items marked final sale
• Gift cards, store credit

Jenny wants you to be pleased with your product and/or products that you purchase from JennyDressWell.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may exchange your purchase of your product/products when and if it is presented in a saleable condition, (meaning the product has not been used and is in the same condition as when you received it), within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept products returned for an exchange after 30 days from the original purchase date. Therefore, if the product is damaged for any reason, please make sure to let Jenny know immediately so that you can exchange it for the same or a different product that is not damaged, within the 30 days. Please follow the guidelines stated below:

Please read the following information below regarding Exchange only policy:

We will only accept items for exchange only. If you are not happy with your product, you may exchange your product for another product. if the product and/or products you purchased are in the same condition as received (original condition), that is, with the original packaging of the product, (the original plastic bags the product came in), the inner labels of the product and the original tags must be attached to the product.  No exceptions. The product must not have been worn, must not have any stains, and/or have been washed.

Once you receive your order (product), you should inspect the product/products carefully.

All claims for shortages of product, any damages, incorrect merchandise or wrong items invoiced must be immediately notified to JennyDressWell.com, either by phone or email. If you receive a package from JennyDressWell.com that has been damaged in shipping you must refuse receipt of the package. Do not accept damaged packages/boxes from any shipper.The shipper is required to return it free of charge to us and you will be sent another, identical product or products upon return of the damaged package to JennyDressWell.com. Please make sure to notify us right away because after 30 days items cannot be exchanged. Otherwise, we will assume that your order was received in good condition. Please make sure to notify us immediately upon receiving the product and/or products if there is a shortage of the product and/or any damages.

We recommend that you insure your return to avoid any loss and/or damages of the product/products. 

We will refuse to accept any worn and/or used, laundered and/or altered products, as well as stained products with deodorant, makeup, lipstick, perfumes, smoke odor, spray tan, coffee, food or beverage stains, etc. If the product is returned for an exchange with any of the above stains or odors the product will not be acceptable for an exchange. Caution, please handle the product with care.

We will not accept custom made items/products. The reasonable and allowable time to exchange items/products is within 30 days. No exceptions. Please note: we will refuse to accept merchandise after 30 days of purchase.

Do not expose any garment to the sun for long periods of time. For example, do not leave the product near a window with the sun glaring on it for an extensive period of time especially because the sun damages the garments. It may alter the color of the garmet/clothing.

If a product/item turns out damaged after being used and/or worn once for example, with open seams, rhinestone and/or grommets fallen off, or if there is a discoloration of the item, it may/might be a factory defect. If that is the case, only then will we consider accepting the product/item back. However, we will not accept products/items that have not complied with our washing instructions stated below. No exceptions. Please make sure to read the Washing Instructions.

Please make sure that before returning any product/item that you may consider has or may have a factory defect, please check the item thoroughly. Please check discolored items at all times. Reason being discoloration may have been the main cause for not following the washing and washing care instructions stated below. Please read the washing instructions below and make sure to follow the instructions for the clothes/clothing that you have purchased from us.

Washing Instructions for clothes/items:

 Make sure to wash item inside-out, separately, in cool water and  make sure to put on gentle cycle. 

 Imperative to not use bleach or softeners, only mild soap. Do not use bleach. The Fabric softeners block the Supplex’s wicking ability.

 Please do not wrist or twist. Do not twist the clothing.

 Very important to not leave the item soaking. Do not leave the item soaking.

 Make sure to dry item/clothing in the shade.

 Please do not tumble dry.

 Please do NOT dry clean any of the products that have Supplex and/or Lycra

 These instructions are very important to preserve the item that you have purchased.
